4-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
MyMaha expert Serene Tan shares with us her 4 ingredient pancake recipe – perfect for that stack of pancakes during Sunday brunch.
Easy-peasy gluten-free pancakes that are naturally sweet and fragrant! It’s my go-to pancake recipe – feel free to add in other ingredients such as spices (cinnamon, nutmeg etc.), fruit or even vegetables! Here I’ve layered it with banana and kiwi slices and topped it with air-popped popcorn and chocolate sauce.
1 medium banana, pureed
heaping 1/3 cup oat flour (rolled oats pulsed in food processor)
1/3 cup or more water/non-dairy milk
1 tsp baking powder
1. Mix together all ingredients by hand or in a food processor
2. Make pancakes using a non-stick pan
3. Serve with fruit and/or your favourite toppings
