Banana Coconut Oatmeal

  • Banana Coconut Oatmeal


2 heaping tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon coconut flour
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup water


Half a banana
Few pieces chocolate chips


  1. Mix oatmeal, coconut flour, chia seeds in bowl
  2. Add water til it just covers contents
  3. Leave overnight in fridge
  4. Heat a medium saucepan and add refrigerated mixture
  5. Add almond milk and stir for 2-3 minutes
  6. Pour into bowl and add toppings
