DIY Popsicles

We’re into life hacks and tasty treats at the MyMaha HQ. We love these 3 whole-food-only popsicles combos to beat the heat

 

 

  • DIY Popsicles

BANANA SORBET 

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 medium bananas, chilled

½ cup coconut water

1 tsp THEG

Banana slices

Method:

  1. Blend bananas, coconut water and THEG until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 4 popsicle molds. Add in banana slices.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and place in freezer overnight or until firm.
  4. To remove from mold, run mold under warm water to loosen popsicles.

RED WATERMELON WITH PEACH SLICE

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups chopped watermelon

¼ cup coconut water

1 tsp THEG

Peach slices

Method:

  1. Blend watermelon, coconut water and THEG until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 4 popsicle molds. Add in peach slices.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and place in freezer overnight or until firm.
  4. To remove from mold, run mold under warm water to loosen popsicles.

 

LIME WITH KIWI SLICE

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

Juice of 2 large limes

1 ½ cup coconut water

2 tbsp raw honey

2 tsp THEG

Kiwi slices

Directions

  1. Blend lime juice, coconut water, raw honey and THEG until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 4 popsicle molds. Add in kiwi slices.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and place in freezer overnight or until firm.
  4. To remove from mold, run mold under warm water to loosen popsicles.
