Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
Creamy, velvety smooth and decadent matcha pudding comes loaded with fibre and antioxidants
2 cups almond milk
2 tbspn maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp The Matcha Warrior
6 tbspn chia seeds
1 handful strawberries
1 handful chopped toasted almonds
1. Blend the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and matcha together in a blender.
2. Pour the liquid over the chia seeds. Stir thoroughly and every few minutes for next 15 minutes. Let mixture sit for at least an hour or overnight.
3. Stir again after removing from fridge and top with strawberries and almonds.
