Matcha Pancakes

These matcha pancakes are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert. The Matcha Warrior is a fantastic way to jazz up your classic breakfast favourite with a delicious Asian twist!

  • Matcha Pancakes


1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or other oils of choice)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon MyMaha’s The Matcha Warrior Matcha powder 


  • In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, matcha
  • In another bowl, mix milk, oil, maple syrup. vanilla extract
  • Fold liquid mixture into dry mixture, mixing thoroughly
  • Lightly oil frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
  • Garnish with toppings of choice
