Founder, Eat Train Love

Cheryl is a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and founder of Eat Train Love – a Personal Training and Nutrition Consultancy business that takes a practical, holistic and sustainable approach to health and fitness. At ETL, the focus is to empower individuals to make positive lifestyle changes and to coach them towards achieving good fitness, sustainable nutrition and balance from within. Cheryl draws on about 15 years of experience in the fitness and dance industry to help her clients map out strategies that fit with their lifestyles, coach them out of limiting mindsets and prescribe bespoke exercise regimes and nutrition plans.

Services by Eat Train Love include Personal Training, Wellness and Nutrition Coaching, Weight Management Programmes, Pre & Post Natal Fitness, Pilates & Yoga, Outdoor Bootcamps, Nutrition Seminars and Cooking Classes. Cheryl is also experienced in Sports Specific Conditioning/Injury Rehabilitation and has worked with elite performance athletes including Nicola Browne and Louise Milliken from NZ White Ferns, Kayne Scott from Team Kiwi Racing, the Waikato U18 Development Squad from NZ Tennis, Northern Districts Cricket Team and Amigene Metcalfe from Waikato BOP Magic Netball team.
