Sunita Vira is a certified, gourmet Raw Food Chef from the Living Light Culinary Institute in California. She founded The Raw Food Centre in Singapore in 2010 with the mission to spread awareness on raw living foods and working with families to integrate healthy eating into their diet. With a background in art and design and an Indian heritage, she merges creativity and ethnic flavors from different cultures.
Over the past few years, she has pioneered a new cuisine that is appealing, delicious and nutritious. Her mission is to demystify, simplify and translate raw living foods into everyday life. With her husband and her three children as her inspiration, she is dedicated to being a voice for raw living foods.
