Matcha Chia Parfait

Your 2 servings of your daily fruit and veg, in sundae form.

  • Matcha Chia Parfait

(Makes two servings)

Ingredients for Matcha layer:

  • 1 teaspoon of The Matcha Warrior
  • One sachet of The Essential Greens
  • 1/3 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon honey

Ingredients for Cashew Cream layer:

  • 125 grams cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
  • 1 cup pineapples (chopped)

Additional ingredients of choice (for toppings)

  • Nuts, granola, fruit, goji berries etc


  1. Combine all the ingredients for the matcha layer by stirring, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes
  2. Blend ingredients for cashew cream layer and refrigerate for another 10 minutes
  3. Fill up one quarter of theĀ glass with the matcha layer and another quarter of the cup with cashew cream, then repeat with matcha and cashew cream again
  4. Garnish with toppings of choice, and enjoy!
