Matcha Cookies with Chocolate Chunks

MyMaha Matcha Warrior adds a fun twist and a fragrant floral note to the original chocolate chip cookies. This crumbly and tasty Japanese matcha cookies are divine with chocolate chunks, perfect for an afternoon snack!

  • Matcha Cookies with Chocolate Chunks


2 cups oat flour
½ cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons coconut oil (or oil of choice)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 tablespoons almond milk (or any milk of choice)
2 tablespoons MyMaha’s The Matcha Warrior powder
½ cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, matcha powder and salt in a bowl
  • Mix coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk in another bowl
  • Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients
  • Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly
  • Take a tablespoon of batter place on greased baking tray
  • Bake for ten minutes
