The Essential Greens Bliss Balls
These treats are the perfect energy-boosting snack when the munchies hit between meals.
1 packet The Essential Greens
1 cup pitted dates
1 tbspn flax seeds
1 tbspn chia seeds
1 tbspn maple syrup
1 cup almonds
- Soak pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes
- Drain water from dates and add all ingredients in food processor or blender
- Blend until consistency of thick paste is reached
- Roll into balls and store in fridge
